2. Spare parts

   1. Does the sale of parts include a warranty?
      Spare parts are not covered by the warranty unless, by prior agreement, the part is installed by Mobin Tek. In this case, the part is only warranted until the moment of installation and Mobin Tek will not be responsible for the part after the technician leaves.

3. Raw materials

   1. Are raw materials included in the warranty?
      If the raw material packaging is not used and not opened, it includes a return or replacement guarantee.

1. Manually washing the banner printing machine head

Hand washing head essentials

Why glass syringes?

If you don't have a glass syringe available, be sure to use plastic syringes that don't have the black rubber at the bottom. The rubber at the end of the syringe is eaten away by the solvent, and its lint and pieces go into the head.

How to wash

Hand washing the head does not require special or complicated equipment, just prepare a syringe and some solvent. It is better if your syringe is made of glass or if you are using a plastic syringe, it does not have a plastic washer inside the syringe. Because the solvent dissolves the plastic inside and causes small particles of dissolved plastic to enter the internal channels of the head. To wash the head with a syringe and solvent, fill the syringe with solvent and drain 80% of the solvent inside the syringe into the desired head and before emptying, suck the remaining 20% of the solvent drained from the head. This will clean the ink clots and lint that have clogged the head nozzles. Be careful not to re-enter the head with the solvent that you have sucked from the head. Drain the solvent and refill with solvent, repeat this process several times. Hand washing the head is suitable for minor cases of clogged nozzles, and if the nozzle is seriously clogged, it needs to be washed with a machine.

2. Automatic washing of the banner printing machine head

It should be noted that only the ZAR 128 heads can be immersed in solvent and completely immersed in solvent. Do not immerse any other type of head in solvent at all.

Washing head 382

Be very careful when washing ZAR 382 (ZAR Proton) heads. And when washing by hand or with a machine, do not pressurize the solvent into the head. Because the manifold on top of the 382 heads usually tears during washing. And the solvent comes out of the side of the head and can no longer stick.

Epson head cleaning

There is a general point for washing Epson heads, and that is that Epson DX5 and DX7 heads are not recommended for washing due to their very delicate structure. These heads have a very thin golden metal plate under the head. If the pressure of the washing solution and syringe increases slightly, the plate opens slightly and allows the different color channels to pass through each other. And this is where when you enter the solvent from one channel, you can see that it comes up from another channel and comes out. In this case, the two channels pass through each other from below and usually the head gets clogged during printing.

If you use the third method, be sure to use a special cloth to clean the plate. The cloth should not touch the underside of the head because it will dry out the underside of the head and may damage the head.
