Terms and conditions of using Mobin Tek services

1. Introduction

• Using the services of this site means full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• MobinTech reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time, and the updated version will always be published on this page.

2. Purchase conditions

• Taxes and duties: All products are subject to 10% value added tax, which after payment by the buyer, an official invoice will be mailed to the buyer's address.

3. Submission conditions

• Delivery of goods: All orders are delivered safely and in the exact quantity to the courier, van, or carrier. The buyer and carrier are responsible for any damage or shortages after delivery.

• Shipping method:

  • By Tipax: It is delivered to the collection agent and from that moment it is the responsibility of Tipax and the buyer.

  • By closed freight: The buyer is responsible for receiving the bill of lading, insurance, loading and unloading, and Mobin Tek only has the role of coordination and introduction.

  • By freight as a small load: It is delivered to the motor courier and from that time on, the buyer is responsible for it.

• Shipping cost: All shipping and unloading costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in special plans that are announced separately).

• Shipping location: According to the agreement of the parties. If not specified, it is at the sole discretion of Mobin Tek.

4. Return of goods

• The terms of returning the goods must be precisely stated in the sales invoice or contract, otherwise it is not possible to return the goods.

5. Warranty Terms

Machinery

• It is mentioned in the sales contract.

• The buyer is required to comply with the installation requirements.

Spare parts

• They are not covered by warranty unless installed by a MobinTech technician.

• In this case, they will only be covered by warranty until the moment of installation.

Raw materials

• If the packaging is not opened, they include a replacement or return warranty.

Service

• Service requests must be made directly to Mobin Tek's office.
• Each service is warranted for up to 48 hours for the same initial identified problem.

7. General conditions

• Users' responsibility: The customer is responsible for using the product correctly and following the instructions.

• Disclaimer: MobinTech is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, installation by unauthorized persons, or non-standard conditions.

• Content ownership: All content, images, and information on the site belong to MobinTech, and any use without written permission is prohibited.

• Change of rules: MobinTech may change the Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, the competent authority for the investigation will be the legal authorities of the city of Shiraz.

• Contract priority: In the event of any conflict between these terms and the terms of the sales contract or invoice, the terms set forth in the contract or invoice shall prevail.
