Heater roll (heater sheet) banner printing machine

A heater roll or heater sheet is an aluminum roll with strands of wire running through it. When electricity is applied to this roll by the heater panel, the wires become extremely hot, causing the aluminum roll to heat up.

The heat from this roll will cause heating at the back or front of the banner printing machine. Heating at the back of the machine will cause the banner roll to wrinkle, and heating at the front of the machine will cause the printed banner roll to dry faster.
