What is a laminator or card press?

The laminating machine is not a printer! Lamination prevents any wrinkles, stains, sun damage, or darkening of the printed work. After printing, it is pressed or laminated, which is offered in various widths of machines in the company.

We have three types of laminators: Pouch or booklet laminator, Thermal roll laminators and Cold roll laminators

The electric hot laminator method is the most common method in which the plastic coating is applied to the surface with heat. This method was common in the past, when it was called a press and was suitable for small jobs. Today's machines are mostly rolls, of course, and in our country it can be found mostly in printing houses that have digital printing machines. Electric hot lamination is done in two ways: matte and glossy, and the back and front of the work can be laminated in both ways.
