6-station pre-milled edge bander

The DELTA 6P 6-station edge banding machine first pre-mills the male part of the piece to prepare it for gluing. Then, after the gluing step, the excess strip is cut off with a head and bottom saw. In the next station, the corner of the piece is smoothly milled with the top and bottom milling cutter, but in fact, the milling marks remain on the working edge in the form of a mouse tooth. At this time, the piece enters the lapping station and is completely finely peeled, which is prepared by rotating the polisher on the panel in a smooth and polished manner.
