1. Introduction<\/h2>\n

    Using the services of this site means full acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. Purchase conditions<\/h2>\n

    • Taxes and duties:<\/strong> All products are subject to 10% value added tax, which after payment by the buyer, an official invoice will be mailed to the buyer's address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Delivery of goods:<\/strong> All orders are delivered safely and in the exact quantity to the courier, van, or carrier. The buyer and carrier are responsible for any damage or shortages after delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Shipping method:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          By Tipax: It is delivered to the collection agent and from that moment it is the responsibility of Tipax and the buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          By closed freight: The buyer is responsible for receiving the bill of lading, insurance, loading and unloading, and Mobin Tek only has the role of coordination and introduction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          By freight as a small load: It is delivered to the motor courier and from that time on, the buyer is responsible for it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Shipping cost:<\/strong> All shipping and unloading costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in special plans that are announced separately).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • Shipping location:<\/strong> According to the agreement of the parties. If not specified, it is at the sole discretion of Mobin Tek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Return of goods<\/h2>\n

          • The terms of returning the goods must be precisely stated in the sales invoice or contract, otherwise it is not possible to return the goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            5. Warranty Terms<\/h2>\n

                      Disclaimer:<\/strong> MobinTech is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, installation by unauthorized persons, or non-standard conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Content ownership:<\/strong> All content, images, and information on the site belong to MobinTech, and any use without written permission is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Change of rules:<\/strong> MobinTech may change the Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Dispute resolution:<\/strong> In the event of a dispute, the competent authority for the investigation will be the legal authorities of the city of Shiraz.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
